The Lakes

The Lakes association consists of 300 homes surrounding a 30 acre private lake called Lake Sahara. The original idea was to have two lakes, hence the name "The Lakes". The Lakes is the only place in Las Vegas where you can have a private dock and boat right down from your residence. There are gated and non gated communities within the area and many business easily walkable to enjoy. The Festival of lights is a rare boat light show that happens in December as just one of the events to take advantage of.
