The Trails community is one of the premier villages in Summerlin. The Trails Villiage center was the first grocery store opened in 1998 along with other need services to the area. Set in the higher elevatrions of the Las Vegas valley it has some of the best views on the western edge of the city and is usually a little bit cooler then other areas.
